Lack of Vitamin A can cause night blindness and decreases the growth of healthy bones. Vitamin B1 is also known as Thiamine which the muscles, the heart and the central nervous system need to function properly. If the body is lacking in Thiamine, then one can get weak easily. You can get Vitamin B12 from meats, fish or dairy products. Having Vitamins capsules each day in vitamin C helps to prevent the common cold. Vitamin C is also known as ascorbic acid. It enhances the look of your skin, giving it a natural glow and is also an anti-oxidant. Vitamins help with the formation of healthy teeth and prevents heart diseases, helps in blood clotting regulates the blood.
Taking too many vitamins can be harmful to the human's body, causing more bad than good. It is imperative that you do a research on the brand of vitamins capsules that you intend to take, see previous customers' reviews and follow the instructions carefully. Each individual's body is different and reacts differently when taking vitamins for the first time.
