Staying fresh daily is part of maintaining health and skin beauty. Every woman should take extra care of there personal hygiene. Vaginal care is very essential as slight neglect could lead to serious health problems. Vaginal odors are usually strong and embarrassing to the woman and her spouse. During menstruation, a woman should maintain high standards of hygiene through things like changing the pads or tampons at least four times daily and bathing at least twice daily.

Skin health and beauty of a woman is affected by simple things like wearing heels, veins, stretch marks and many other factors. To maintain beautiful skin health, regular exercise and healthy eating is required. Exercise improve the elasticity of muscles and blood circulation in the body.

Take extra care of the face, arms, neck and chest areas. These parts are a sign of femininity and always determine a woman's first impression. The skin health in these areas is extra sensitive and therefore, extra care is needed to preserve their gorgeous and fresh look. These areas should be washed daily and massaged with some good oil to prevent a dry look and increase blood circulation.

Eat a balanced diet. Eating a balanced with a lot fruits promotes the overall body and skin health. A woman's beauty, general body health and skin health are highly determined by the type of food she consumes. It is important to have dinner some two to three hours before going to bed. Sleeping just after dinner may cause indigestion, eczema, bad breath, acne and fat bellies.
