Introduction

First step is to conquer your eating urges. If you see any food on the table that contains lots of calories, tell yourself that you do not want to eat it. It can also be replaced with vegetables and eggs, which also contain enough amount of protein that is needed for human body. Also, vegetables are the source of other types of nourishment. Always try to keep such healthy food on the menu.

You can add currants in your cakes which are also sweet and healthy. In addition, you can put ground dry fruit, which add a unique taste in your baking, and also provide nutrients to the body. Pistachios are ideal for reducing weight. It contain excessive amount of fiber, so a hand full of pistachios can restrict appetite for a long period of time. Try to avoid eating leftovers. Put some efforts, be more creative and make use of leftover foods in your next meal. Make dry fruit regular part of your diet and it is the best tip on food you can find to stay fit.

People eat junk foods all the time, thinking that they will plan a strict diet schedule later. But it doesn't work that way.
