The person who wants to become a ca attorney one must pass the examination of graduation from ca bar association. Therefore as a whole a guy needs two degrees which are two years of under graduation and then he needs again a graduation in law to become a ca attorney.

The degree of law is the most need or essential thing to become a ca attorney. There are generally 3 years program in the law colleges to pass the graduation in law. There are the courses for part time and even at the night also. By any means the persons need to avail the degree of doctor of jury to become a ca attorney. There are some law schools which are unaccredited. The classes can be taken there also if a student does not able to do the graduation from the courses done in an accredited school of law. But the difference is that the student has to go through a four year degree in this case. The course is actually a correspondence course. A person can also study with a judge or a law office and pass the graduation degree. Therefore the graduation degree in law is the most essential thing here. The fact that it has been taken from an accredited school or an unaccredited school is not at all important.

The students who are studying law under an unaccredited school of law or under a judge must pass the first year examination from the law college. Like the other students of law they have to pass the bar council examination is well. For a student who is studying in an unaccredited school of law he must register himself with Ca bar association 90 days before he starts to take the law course. It is not necessary for the students who are studying in an accredited school of law.

It is not easy to become a ca attorney. Even after completing the college one must take legal education and finally he has to get the license to become an attorney.
