Performance: It is better to possess a dual core system netbook as the performance is very good. Having a single core processor doesn’t allow one to use too many programs at a time. As a writer, one will need to research, edit, modify and rewrite which will need more than one program to run on the system. But a single core processor with good performance will also suffice.

The processor is single core but with good performance and the keyboard is of high end. The battery life is about 8 hours. Samsung NF310: The display is of 1366 x 768 pixel resolution and the keyboard is comfortable for these netbooks. The battery life is about 6 and half hours.
