It is a good idea to look for the sale motorcycles that only had one previous owner, or at least two. If the owner says he has the motorcycle for a long time but he had not used it so much, he might be lying.
Step 3
Check if the number of kilometers indicated by the counter of the sale motorcycles is real. If the motorcycle was used extensively, maybe you should avoid buying it. What repairing was made to the engine and what repairing is needed is another important method to evaluate the reliability of an engine. An important aspect would be the segmentation of the engine. If the segmentation is recent, and the owner wants to sell the vehicle as soon as possible, there might be something wrong with the car. Check the oil used for the sale motorcycles and make sure it is the proper one.
Step 4
It is important for the sale motorcycles to consume a small quantity of combustible, and you should also be able to check this aspect. Different sale motorcycles have different levels of consumption, and if the motorcycle you want consumes too much combustible, it means that something is wrong with the respective vehicle, so it is recommended to avoid buying it.
Step 5
The electrical installation of the vehicle is also important. The battery of the sale motorcycles must be changed at least once every three years, and it is better to check this aspect, usually, the batteries are expensive, so if the car has an old battery, and you need to change it, make sure to ask for a discount from the seller. In case you are willing to change the battery, make sure you can find some cheap models.

Check the transmission and suspension of the motorcycle. Those are the costliest parts of a motorcycle, and in case they are not working properly, you might have a real problem. Generally, you can check their quality by yourself, but you should also check with an authorized service.
