Organization needs to do this analysis before starting the construction project. It is because of the criticality of the construction project that the quality cannot be compromised. So, if the organization does not find the construction project feasible in terms of the cost and benefit relationship, then the organization should not carry on with the project by compromising on the proper management of the construction project.

The organization should also figure it out before accepting the construction project that the organization has the required resources for the particular project. If the organization cannot properly manage the construction project, then it is unethical and unfavorable to sign such a project.

For the good management of the construction project QC(Quality control) Department should be developed, which would be responsible to check the quality if the construction at every step.
Internal audit department should also be given instructions, and it should adopt hand on approach for the proper management of the construction project.
