Step 2

Best Western Hotels Plus Inn at the Vines in Napa Valley, California can host pets in specially assigned rooms for pets. If you are booking online, call the hotel after booking to make your pet-friendly request. Room rates start at $100. Any charges or fees associated with bringing pets will be incurred at the hotel. Room assignments are based on hotel availability and are at the hotel's discretion. You must call the hotel and verify that your pet friendly accommodations.

Step 3

Comfort Inns and Suites West in Beaverton also allow pets in hotels. The one in Beaverton charges $20 per night on top of the daily rate, but only allows dogs 25 lbs. and under with a maximum of 2 dogs in a room. Rates start at $95 for a doubles room. Comfort Inn Monterey charges $25 per night stay for pets with a maximum of 40 lbs per animal. Rates start at $129 for one double room. Step 4

The Econolodge in Sacramento, California charges $6 per night for pets and rates start at $50. Econolodge Sea Tac Airport North charges $20 per night per pet with a maximum of 40 lbs per animal. Econolodge in Spokane, Washington charges $10 per night with a maximum weight of 30 lbs and 2 pets per room.

Step 5

Travel Lodge Airport is also another hotel that welcomes a pet for $10 a night. The hotels offer pet friendly rooms, but queen size beds must be booked. Rates start at $43/night.

There are plenty of affordable hotels in the West Coast that allow pets including chain hotels such as La Quinta, Staybridge Suites, Quality, Omni, and Motel 6. Websites dedicated to  pet-friendly hotels also exist on the net for convenience and ease of booking.
