Flight lag is a common problem faced by people traveling from a country where the time zone is different. Flight lag is actually a physical reaction, which a person undergoes when there is a rapid change in time zones. It is nearly impossible to stop the flight from flight lags, but you can take some measures to avoid the inconvenience faced from flight lags. According to the research, if you are flying towards east, you will face high level of inconvenience from flight lag rather than that faced while flying towards west.

There are numerous problems faced by people from flight lags. Broken sleep, unsound sleep and wrong timetable of sleep are the main problems faced from flight lags. When a person does not have a sound sleep during night, he wants to sleep in day time and his day timetable gets disturbed. Moreover, from flight lag, a person becomes irritated and his mind wants peace. He avoids noisy places and length discussions. Jet lag can be a great problem for people traveling from part of the world to another. Flight lag can cause you various diseases in abroad countries. A research held by scientist's states that 20 percent of the people, who travel and their time zones change, contract diarrhea, which is a disease caused by the contamination of water or food.

The main reason due to the problem from flight lag is that the person travelling from one place thinks a lot that his time table will change and he will not be able to adjust according to the time zone. The easy way to let go off the problems faced from flight lag is to stop thinking too much regarding the flight. Just feel as if you are in your normal routine.

To overcome the problems of flight lag, before the flight, you must treat your body in a good manner and have a sound sleep. You must stay fully hydrated and sober and perform some exercises to remain fit. If the flight is more than 24 hours long, you will have to prepare well for the flight and take some juices from flight staff to keep yourself awake and strong during the flight. Some people also perform exercises on airport and perform a routine walk to remain fit and strong during the flight.

Once you are on the flight, you need to perform certain actions to keep away from flight lag. Treat your body in a good manner during the flight. Moreover, you shall also avoid the use of drugs, alcohol and caffeine during or before the flight. The reason to avoid these things is that they have characteristics, which causes the water in a human body to minimize. Alcohol causes drowsiness.

Step 5

You must drink bottled water during a flight and if it is not available in the flight, take a water bottle from your home. All these are steps that can help you to remain safe from flight lag.
