Introduction
There are plenty of beaches in Pacific coast which includes Panama, El Salvador, Mexico and Costa Rica and San Francisco. They take much of the Pacific Coast. The weather at the beach s mostly pleasant and if you are not involved in any activity you can just lie down and enjoy the sun at the beach. Pacific Coast highway is known for its hangout and restaurants and most of the cities of the pacific coast have these characteristics.
History
San Francisco has five beaches. Among those five there is an Ocean beach which lies in the West Coast of San Francisco, California at the Pacific Ocean. Beaches of this area are not swarming with people so it’s a great place for people who want a walk around.
Features
The beaches of San Francisco have its own features. Like Ocean beach is a beach where normally people go who seek solitude and serene atmosphere. It’s a beach away from the hustle of busy life. It gets very romantic in the evening with the sun setting and the rushing waves of the ocean. Ocean Beach is the largest beach of the city taking up most of the West side of the city. You can come here and jog in the morning and grab a coffee as it has a coffee shop as well. Another is the Baker Beach which is famous for its beautiful view. A number of people visit this beach merely for its beautiful sight. People play games like volley ball and other and hence this beach can be seen swarming with people. Aquatic beach is the third one and it is located in the centre of the city so it is the reason why people visit here a lot. They just take a walk before going home after a long day at office or college. This beach is a bay beach so the waves are shallow so children are seen running around and playing in the water. This beach has a very homely and family touch and one feels comfortable visiting here. East Beach and Stinson Beaches are also in this city. East Beach is for families as the waves are shallow and families with young children prefer this beach and Stinson Beach offers swimming and picnicking. People and mostly tourists come here and enjoy the beauty of this beach. People also do some activities in the water like surfing and swimming when the water is calm.
