Introduction
Kings County football is a league established in 1999 in order to satisfy the need of good football players in the youth football league. The Kings County football league is currently assembled from 20 football organizations. From these football organizations, seven members are chosen to be members in the Kings County football Board of Directors. The role of these directors is to make sure that they represent the organisation effectively and that they are able to govern the league players and matches.
The Kings County football league was first created to facilitate the creation of young skilled football players through a program that promotes the development of skills on young players and those eager to fulfill their dreams of becoming football players. It was created in order to ensure that these skills grow progressively in the newly formed players, in an evironment promoting fairness, equity, evenly distributed teams and healthy competitions so the kids are able to see the fun of the game.
How Kings County Operate
The Kings County football league is providing several play techniques in order to give the kids a positive and fun experience where he or she can learn among other kids of the same age. The recruitment process to join the league is rather simple. All the kid is required is to be at least 13 years old. After the County football league registeres them, they are taken to a football camp where a skilled teacher will learn them the basic football skills. The kings league prides itself for the ability to provide free sponsoring to these kids (the camp training is free)
After the training is complete, these kids are sorted in various groups depending on their abilities and skills. After the sorting is finished, the kids will be able to play in matches, which are organised accordingly. The matches are usually conducted by refrees who must undergo several FIFA recommended tests for phisical and fitness capabilities.
The Growth of Kings County
Using this model, over the years, the Kings County football league has known an exponentially growth in the last 13 years, currently having more than 4000 kids playing in over 70 different tables. The growth has also led to another economical growth of the county, almost all national championships are now taking place in this county. A contributing factor that made the Kings County football league to be the best place to host these championships is the fact that it is centrally positioned, having almost the same distance to several important cities.
Future Plans
Some of the future plans of Kings County football league contain the expansion and construction of football stadium which will have to host the rising numbers of fans who come here especially during major tournaments. Other plans and prospects may include the thorough following of the current rules of recruitment so the intergity of the league can be upheld. Another aim of the Kings County football league is the increase of popularity in the rest of the country or even over the seas, the current web site being updated very often to attract more and more possible stars.
