Introduction
There are many careers that one can take in their lives. For some careers a degree in the related field is required but for some it may not be necessary. The objective of finding a career is to earn money while doing something that one enjoys doing. Doctors tend to spend years and years even after graduating from med school to get a permanent job in a hospital. Engineers study for 4 years before they can get a job. Law school graduates need to pass the bar exam in order to practice law in a particular state. Like these there are multiple of other jobs and careers that one could choose from and the basic thing common in all of this is doing something that one loves and enjoys doing. There are some people who like sports and want to get into the world of sports. Unfortunately for most people, everybody is not a natural born athlete but even for them it is not completely hopeless to exit the field. There are other jobs in sports that can be chosen as a career path. These careers are usually the ones that require a large number of experiences but there is still a possibility. Football coaching and football managing are the two main ones that people sometimes like to pick from, and among them football coaching is the most interesting and closer to the actual game.
History
Football is a product of the late 1800s, where people began to play this sport as fun. People would come home from their jobs and play a game of football with their friends. Now, this game has evolved into a business rather than just a means of entertainment and social activity. People began to play football for money in the early 1900 when the football championships began and people would play for their own states.

Football coaching is one of the toughest jobs in the sporting field. Any coaching is difficult since the entire team’s success the outcome of the game depends on the coach and his training. The football coaching requires the coach to understand the other team just as well as his own team. In order to have a competitive advantage over the others he must understand their weakness and their strengths. Football coaching is a job where the coach needs to understand the game play perfectly and in order to win the game he must know which play to use and when. Of course the basic requirement for football coaching is to have a thorough understanding of the game and how it is played. The coach must understand his players in order to assign them the task they will best perform in. there are 3 kinds of people involved in football coaching; the head coach, the offensive coach, and the defensive coach. Together this team manages and trains the entire team to bring out the best from them.

For all those people who aspire to become professional football coaches need to understand the fact that these jobs are not handed out to anybody, and thus anyone who wants it should have huge experience to back him up. Most coaches to come out are usually players who have retired.
