How to Decide Between Two Homes that you Like

Looking for a new home is an exciting adventure. If you are lucky you find a home that you fall in love with and the decision to make an offer is a simple one. However, there are times when you may find two homes that you really like. You are then left with trying to decide whether you should go with house a, or house b. Luckily, with a little thought and some time to contemplate, you will be able to determine if house a or house b is the best for you and your family.

Step 1

• Grab a paper and pen to jot down some notes about both house a and house b. List house a on one side of the paper and house b on the other side. Write down everything that you like about each house.
