When you own a cabin on of the most difficult things to design is the back area of the house. You have this huge lawn or lake area and endless options of what to do with it. You could build in a pool area, a game room, a lake walk board or just a nice lawn with a small bar for entertaining the guest and a barbeque grill. Your second option could be to design a lake area in your back house. Now you need lots of green grass to relax and enjoy the view all the time. If you don’t have grass area, then build a balcony or a gallery. You could place a nice swinging chair and lots of flowers and green grass. Also attach a board walk to the lake so you can dip your feet in the water and go swimming or if you have boat then it could be the launching pad.
Step 5
If you still can’t decide what you want to do with the area, look for the best designs online, in magazines and visit the local market to see what people are up to. You need to match the feasibility and cost of budget as well. Example it maybe is affordable to build a den in the back house area but you would rather build a lake gallery for the family to enjoy. Fishing cabins usually need launching pads and board walks so the point of having green grass area is just Dum.

Whatever and however you decide to design the back house area of the cabin, you need to see if it fulfills the purpose of the cabin, your comfort and style and if it does justice with the house.
