Introduction
There are many houses that are found in Florida, which have various historical aspects in them. This is because they have something in them which people in the city can readily identify with. The house in different locations has different characteristics.
Most Hitoric houses
The Bensen house is one of the most pre historic houses that were built in 1916. Atley Bensen commissioned the house in 1916 and locally it is called the 1916 home. It was built along the US Route one. This house is in Grant. The house was turned into a museum and acts as the home of the historical societies.
We also have the house in Eau Gallie known as the Winchester Symphony house. It is located in the Melbourne area of Florida. The first foundation of the house was laid in 1886 by Treutler William who was by then working as the director for state bank. Currently it is one of the oldest and unique houses in the state and is home to the administrators for Orchestra Symphony in Brevard.
Wager house is also among the historical houses in Florida. The house in Titusville is built along the 621 Indian avenue River. It was made a historical place by the US government by January of 1990. In addition to this there is also the house in Melbourne Florida called William Gleason. This place is built along pineapple 1736 avenue. It was made a historical site house by the government in 1997.
Spell house is located in Titusville Florida. This house was recognized by the government in 1990 and is located along riverside drive. Another historical house in the city is the Taylor Dunn home. It is built along Parish center for medicine mainly in the most popular street in Titusville. The home was constructed by Dunn Arthur in the year 1910. Here he lived with the wife where the ownership of the place changed hand after 91 years. Currently the house was moved to the main medical campus.
The house in 1320 avenue highland is among the old historical homes. It is called the Roesch home in Melbourne part of Florida. It was managed by the Rossetter foundation and also is section of the Rossetter museum. At the moment it is placed under the management of History Society of Florida. Also common is the Pritchard home in Titusville. The house was built in 424 Washington Avenue in the southern part. This was added to the national historical place by the government in 1990.

In Florida you will also find Pink house in Ocean street Melbourne. It was constructed in 1916 and as home to Brown Walter. The house was closed for a face lift which was done for four years and was later re opened in December of 2007. It became part of the restaurant that offered bed with breakfast owned by Port Hiver.
Finally
The house in East Haven in Melbourne called Nannie Lee Home is also on the list of historical houses in Florida. It was finished in 1905 by John and wife Lee. It was made an eating place known as Strawberry by 1981. The home change ownership in 2010 and is known for its abnormal activities as a haunted house.
