The spouses, instead of making things better or giving second chances, decide to end up their relationship without thinking that what affect it would have on their children and home. Keeping nannies and maids for the children is beneficial to an extent, but if the parents would completely ignore their children, it would be harmful for the child and his growth. Apparently it seems like a tiny problem, but it can have dire consequences like children running away from home or deliberately indulging in risky activities to gain the attention of their parents.
