Step 1

The first thing you have to do for your marble polishing is to apply a marble stripper which is used to remove the dirt from the marble floor. You can take a brush, put the Marble stripper on it and then scrap the grout off with the help of it. Your floor will get rid of the grout this way and it is ready for polishing.

Step 2

After this you can use the machine to find the areas on the floor which are left and still have some quantity of grout left in it. This machine will also help you in getting rid of the left-over grout. After you strip grout off you need to rinse the floor once or twice with the help of water. Step 3

Now when you are applying home marble polish you must be careful that when you apply the polish you have to place a clean pad buffer and then apply the marble polish on it.

When you are applying home marble polish, you need to apply it in a 3 by 3 section of the floor and then you need to apply squirts of marble polish on the surface using side to side motion. You need to buff the floor until it gets dry. Then you can turn to another section of the floor and then try the whole process over and over again until you are done for the entire floor. You can divide the entire floor into blocks and altogether four sections. You can then work on each part and complete polishing your floor.

Step 5

The home marble polish looks good when the shiner is applied onto it in an evenly fashion. The floor looks shiny when the polish has been applied to it in an evenly fashion and there is no part which has lesser quantity of polish on it. Once you are done polishing you need a small brush to buff the surfaces. Be very careful about not scratching the floor because if you do so your floor will look really unattractive. You can buff your surfaces using a steel wool pad. This will help you in removing the residue and will help giving your floor an even glow.

When it comes to marble polishing at home, you have to do so much and it takes so much time. You must always contact a professional for marble polishing as doing it yourself at home is not a good option.
