This is useful for those who do not live close to an area that they are thinking about moving to. It is not feasible to fly over to the island to look at each house. You will then have to wait to find out if your offer has been accepted. This may take a couple of days. It can be a nerve wracking experience when you must wait. However it sometime goes along with buying a home. Your Realtor will phone you once a decision has been made.
