Of course there are cases when the prosecution will punish someone with little or no history as the same they would do to a person who has an entire career on criminal history.
The Court System is the best attempt on creating a process that is fair and the lawyers of that court are those pillars that sustain the justice and fight against crime and also against injustice .The lawyers of the Court makes sure that only the guilty people are punished and also helps the court to determine whether the defendant deserves to be punished or to be free. There are often cases when the Prosecution does not have any evidence that a Defendant is guilty of a crime or of other injuries.
