Looking for Project Jobs under The Platform of USAID
World's increasing population growth is to provide new information about 3,000,000 workers on the labor force annually. However, in many developing countries the education system is not properly prepared for the vast majority of these young people entering the labor market. Young entrepreneurs complain that they can not find qualified candidates for jobs to be able to find a job, is the result of a double bond. Jobs project funded by USAID aims to make a contact between the private sector and training institutes to find project jobs for young people and to successfully enhance the skills of young people. The project jobs will promote youth employment and improve business productivity, and helps to create a climate of economic opportunities. JOBS project, is an organization funded by USAID to improve world's competitiveness, strengthen the workforce development system, people companies to invest in human capital development, and is designed to improve access to education, jobs and business opportunities for women. This scheme is a large, complex and challenging project job, where hundreds of thousands of workers and potential workers in a difficult environment improve their employability in their own country.
History
The four different components of the project jobs are (1 Learning Program and Integrated Work for Less Educated Young people; (2) Job Placement, Entrepreneurship for University Graduates and Secondary School, and Employability; (3) Training of Industry Sector-Led Technical and (4) Young people Employability Exchange Systems. JOBS Project is the only one part of a much bigger USAID’s Economic Growth collection designed to have spotlight on improving and strengthening a variety of segments of the world’s economy. This multifaceted approach USAID aims to work on various project jobs with people of different countries, at many levels and in many different arenas, to make a robust, stable and sustainable financial system for the future.

All the way through this program, many students half of them were women from different parts of the world, now have “soft skills” indispensable to better participate for the employment, together with definition of project jobs, career objectives, resume-writing and interviewing techniques, fundamental interpersonal skills and also about information technology direction. The institutions of higher education just concentrate on given that training in educational disciplines but it did not highlight different project jobs, employability and job placement. A huge number of institutes are now in affiliation with USAID has commenced a program to integrate the employability proficiencies into their expected curricula.
The project jobs of five year supports the developing countries through out the world in improving labor force development scheme and offering jobs for fast growing population of that particular country. More than 3,900 students (50 percent of female) from across the world are taking part in the program of various project jobs for the young people of a country.
Though 4,000 have presently participated in this particular program, 50-60 percent are working on a variety of project jobs in two different fields of employment – private schools as health and physical education teachers, public and the pharmaceutical industry.
