Generally technical support job need quick responses to client emails, phone calls and other electronic communications. In typical terms, it requires applicants having experience with the software and hardware issues that the applicant will be resolving. Since you will be working with computer peripherals, it often requires your internet skill set to be quite extensive. Apart from this, you should have good oral and written communication skill and organizational and interpersonal and presentation skills.
