When working at desk jobs, it is important to take care of your eyes if you are working with a computer. Make sure your computer has an anti-glare screen with reduced radiation output and look away from your computer often. It is a good idea to look out a window once and a while or go to another room to readjust your eyes. Artificial lighting is also bad for the eyes after long periods so it is a good idea to leave the building during breaks and give your eyes a rest.

Finding desk jobs is not really that hard because they are everywhere including schools, government offices, hospitals, call centers, marketing companies, retail settings, banks and anywhere that would require someone to greet customers at a front desk. Most desk jobs are from nine to five but some may require weekends, evenings or even overnights.
