Job competition is sky high. It may be that you are very happy with your work or you are upset and there is a chance to find new career opportunities. The first thing you should keep in mind is to never limit your mind. When you are in the market and you have to find a job, do not go for a couple of well-known companies. Start with a small company and then go higher. In smaller companies, you learn a lot more as compared to the bigger firms. It is not important that you do job for someone else but what you want to do for yourself.

The next step after you have written your CV and your cover letter is to show it to your friend or someone before sending it to a company as your friend may guide you well. Write all of your experience, skills, and all of your preferences. For a great job, I recommend that people make excellent portfolios.

Confidence matters a lot. You should have confidence in what you are good at, and you should know how to work. Be yourself and do that what you are good at. The audience matters a lot. When applying for a job, keep in mind about your audience. If you are going for a marketing job, you have to impress your dealers. Similarly, you should know how to behave with your boss, how to please him, how to deal with the fellow members and also the staff.

Your portfolio may be your image. But, if you don’t have a good portfolio, don’t worry you can make changes in it from time to time. Experience matters a lot. A person who is more experienced will be given the first opportunity. But, don’t get dishearten just work harder. Have confidence in your abilities. Do preparations for interviews. The companies for which you will be applying have a good idea of it and know it fully. Never lose hope, and don’t underestimate yourself. If you are not hired, don’t worry. Remember, nothing comes easy. Go and fight for it.

You can also get a job where you do your internship. So try to give your full effort. Don’t give up quickly on finding the job you want. Be confident in an interview and give reasonable answers. If that is not the job you want then tell the interviewer. First of all, make a list of companies in which you have to work. Then make a list of all the dates and job references. Write a CV in advance and make sure that you gather some information about the company you want to apply. The best way to do this is by visiting company’s website in advance. I often contact people for job I am interested in rather than wait for others.
