Seeing a glass tumbler half filled with water as a tumbler that is half full instead of as half empty, realizing that there is goodness in everyone helps grow mentally and spiritually. Spiritual wellness helps us through the most trying times and periods of pain and despair that are inevitable in one’s life. It gives us the ability to think of experiences both good and bad as life teaching valuable lessons. Spiritual wellbeing enables us to face our problems with confidence.
