Why did they close?
However, in the late 2009, this company was faced with acute financial crisis and has to close down their business at the end of 2010. The reason behind this closure was they could not continue the production of two of their most profitable products, viz. Wellness kitchen products and Wellness shower. Since they had shortage of fund by the end of 2009, they decided to delay the purchase of inventory items for these two products and continue the production what they have in hand with other models. However, the necessary funding did not arrive and they ran out of the inventory for these two products that supported the company financially. Almost one year they were forced to run the company without any significant income and were unable to continue their business and have to close down ultimately.
After the closure the company decided to provide after sales service to their customers as before on products like Wellness Shower, Kitchen, Carafe and Home products in the coming years. The customers were requested to contact at a toll free number 800 428 9419. The officials have informed that they are no more capable of honoring water filter Wellness free warranty service like before but will provide free support and paid service for their products.
