How To Use Hair Cream

Introduction

There are several type of cream for hair that perform different functions. Creams provide moisture and aid in the styling process of hair. One can use hair cream for a variety of reasons. Some creams aid in straightening the hair with a flat iron. Other creams provide moisture. Other creams act as a treatment to keep the hair in good condition. Hair cream may also act as a styling cream that can help you add waves and curls to your hair with a curling iron or hair rollers. Whatever the case, you can apply hair cream to your hair the right way. Simply follow the steps below to groom your hair properly with hair cream. 

 

 

Step 1

Use a comb to part your hair into four sections. It is best to use a rat tail comb that has a pointy end. Simply use the point to make a cross on your scalp. Secure the four sections of hair with rubber bands to keep the hair from falling into your face. 

Step 2

Open the hair cream container. If it comes in a tube form, simply open the flip the cap open. If the hair cream comes in a jar, simply unscrew the lid of the jar and set it aside.  Once the hair cream is open, place a quarter sized amount intot he palm of your hand. One can warm up the hair cream by rubbing your palms together. This will warm the hair cream and allow you to easily spread it into your hair.

Step 3

Take one section of your hair. Remove the rubber band that holds it together. Begin to apply the cream with the palm of your hands. Start at the root of your hair and work your way down. Use a brush or comb to evenly distribute the hair cream into your strands. 

Step 4

Once you are done with the first section, move on to the next one. Remove the rubber band and apply the hair cream, starting at the root of your hair again. Once you have finished applying the cream, comb this section and the last section with your comb. This will evenly distribute the cream into the sections evenly.

 

 

Step 5

Continue onto the third section of the hair. Again, apply the hair cream starting at the root of the hair. Comb the section and the other two sections together to evenly distribute the cream. Continue on to the last section of hair. Apply the cream at the root and work your way down. Lastly, comb the hair all over and style it as you prefer. 

Tips

If you find that you have applied too much hair cream into your hair, perform this trick. Use a clean cotton towel and start at the root of a section of hair. Wrap the hair with the towel and work your way down the hair shaft. This will soak up excess cream from the hair and allow . Don't do it too much or you may remove all of the cream from your hair.
