You can also download movies and then play them via the Internet browser. Lastly, you can play movies from DVD discs.

Use the screensaver on your display monitor for personal entertainment. In the early days of owning a personal computer, people would often experience burn marks on the glass on the monitor if it was left on and unused for a long period of time. The screensaver helped prevent that, but modern technology renders this function unnecessary. Still you can use the screensaver to show dazzling and brilliant photos and graphics. Use an oversized monitor as a presentation tool at school or for business purposes. Some display screens are large enough to allow people who are sitting a few few away to see the screen and clearly read the text. This prevents have to invest in or fiddle with a projector.

Adjust the display screen to suit your personal needs. For example, you can adjust the size of text and brightness of the display. This is useful for people with vision problems.
